Constant communication between us during project development stage is essential. This is to ensure getting everyone on the same page and have a common understanding of the web objectives. We would like to avoid any surprises down the road.

Step 1 - Initial Meeting

We would like to meet with you to understand your business, goals for the web project, your customers, your competitors, your budget and any special requirements. During the process, we would share our ideas and brainstorm any concerns that you may have. We will provide you a workable solution based on your input. If you like our proposal and agree to work together, we will sign a simple contract.

Step 2 - Layout Design and Site Presentation

With the information gathered, we will develop a site layout and module positioning for each function requested. We will review the layout together. Upon layout confirmation, our graphic designer will create the graphical presentation of the site home page and an inner page. Our design will match your company culture and color scheme specified.

Step 3 - Template Design and Customization

At this step, we begin to write the code according to your specifications and comply with modern web standards. We will ensure functionalities fulfillment.

Step 4 - Debugging and Testing

We will do some debugging work to make sure everything is OK. We will check through the entire site for any mistakes or anything that just is not 100% right.

Step 5 - Training and Launch

We provide training for your staff that will update the site. Upon completion, the client will review and approve the site. We will help you to upload all the files to your hosting.
